iQUE has partnered with ReSource Pro to optimize the operation of their insurance business, consolidating efficiency and growing their scale through customized forms of managed service.
iQUE, a boutique workers' compensation insurance provider, has successfully transformed their back-office operations to ReSource Pro's Managed Insurance Services (MIS) platform. The transition, which involves historical data conversion and the establishment of a new portal went live on the 1st of July, 2025.
The transaction frees up iQUE to ensure its own growth and client service activities, while ReSource Pro will continue operations with data reporting, policy issuance, and postproduction policy support activities. Already using these managed services, iQUE has experienced better efficiency levels, such as quicker quote turnaround time for agency partners.
Real praise from Terri Stevens, President of iQUE, who commented that ReSource Pro's implementation was flawless, had zero business disruption and occurred exactly when it was committed to doing. She also noted that the partnership facilitated procedures for rebreaking to close gaps during transition.
The implementation offers Wilmington Holdings, iQUE's parent organization, the ability to scale resources by providing a standard environment that can scale to other subsidiaries. ReSource Pro's wholly custom strategy incorporated branded assets, content-specific workflows and total ongoing MSS services.
Zenobia Hastie, Head of Underwriting and Data Reporting at ReSource Pro, said all of that bespoke setup is designed to help iQUE speed up quotes, improve the experience of agents and give them the time they need to develop their business.
With this integration, iQUE has positioned itself to leverage managed services for efficiency, scalability and long-term sustainability in a competitive insurance market.
