Salesforce strengthens its roots in Latin America with a new hub designed to inspire innovation, collaboration, and digital growth.
Salesforce, the global leader in customer relationship management (CRM), has officially opened its largest Latin American headquarters in Mexico City, marking a major milestone in its regional expansion. Located in the Miyana II building in Polanco, the new headquarters spans 192,000 square feet across five floors and can accommodate up to 2,000 employees.
The new office is more than just a workplace, it’s a symbol of Salesforce’s growing commitment to Latin America and its mission to help businesses transform into “Agentic Companies” through the power of AI and data.
Relina Bulchandani, Executive Vice President of Real Estate and Workplace Services, explained that the location was carefully chosen for its accessibility and vibrant business environment. “We want our team to thrive in a space that supports collaboration, creativity, and comfort,” she said.
The headquarters also houses Salesforce’s second-largest Global Delivery Center (GDC) after India, offering multilingual support in Spanish, Portuguese, and English for major clients like Globo, Grupo Falabella, and Protección.
Designed with sustainability and flexibility in mind, the workspace follows a “Network of Spaces” concept that blends social areas, collaboration zones, and quiet workspaces. The facility holds LEED Gold certification and uses eco-friendly materials sourced locally to support Mexican manufacturers.
To further strengthen its local impact, Salesforce has pledged US$250,000 to train 100,000 Mexican students in AI skills and partnered with Habitat for Humanity Mexico, dedicating 10% of employee volunteer hours to community projects.
