ELECEED webtoon is adapted to anime by Dandelion Animation Studio, which guarantees world coverage and a high level of narration.

A new milestone in the anime world has just been announced in the annals of the history of animation: the adaptation of the famous webtoon ELECEED written by Jeho Son (Noblesse) and illustrated by ZHENA. This was announced along with an emotional message by the makers, who also showed gratitude to the fans for their steadfast support.

Hiroshi Nishikiori (IDOLiSH7, Honey Lemon Soda) will direct it at Dandelion Animation Studio who made The First Slam Dunk. The scripts are going to be handled by Yousuke Kuroda (My Hero Academia), and Minami Sakura (Gridman Universe) will take care of the characters.

The president of Dandelion Animation Studio, Kazuhiro Nishikawa will tell behind-the-scenes stories, which will be offered at the Anime Expo panel on July 6.

ELECEED is about the adventures of a kind-hearted, cat-like reflexes young boy, Jiwoo, and a wicked agent Kayden stuck in the body of a fluffy cat. The two are united in combating evil with highly action-packed flair, humor and improbable friendship.

The webtoon, which made its debut in 2018, is accessible in a variety of more than ten languages and exceeded 1.42 billion views on a worldwide basis. It still rules over the NAVER WEBTOON action charts in North America, Asia and Europe.

It is an anime adaptation that joins the increasing trend of webtoons to animation adaptations worldwide, which marks a dynamic change in the way in which animation content is produced and consumed.

The English version is available on WEBTOON and fans might expect new updates of the series on streams in the near future.
