UiPath and HCLTech join forces to provide AI-based automation services and help increase enterprise efficiency, scale, and digital transformation worldwide.

UiPath and HCLTech have agreed to form a strategic alliance that would help enterprises worldwide increase business agility, employee productivity, and returns on automation investments. The partnership aims to offer scalable AI-based automation solutions that redefine the concept of operational excellence.

UiPath COO and CFO Ashim Gupta stressed that in the era of agentic AI, agentic automation will be needed. He observed that HCLTech is very profound in both automation and industry solutions and will assist enterprises to speed up the intelligent transformation at scale.

HCLTech will utilize the UiPath Platform to make business processes in essential areas, including finance, supply chain, customer service and HR, autonomous. The company will also bring in pre-trained AI agents to make automation deployment easy.

As a continuation of the effort, HCLTech will establish an AI Lab with UiPath in India to co-create Industry-Focused Repeatable Solutions (IFRS) and automation MVPs. In this lab, the next-generation solutions that can enable the entire automation lifecycle will be built.

Through the partnership, UiPath and HCLTech are set to enable high-value automation results, assisting enterprises across the globe to spur innovation, efficiency, and resiliency.
