Under this agreement FDM Document Solutions will manage document processes for Buckinghamshire Council by producing one million documents each year starting from April 2025.
Buckinghamshire Council entrusted FDM Document Solutions with their document process management services after they conducted an open competition. The document process management contract between FDM and Buckinghamshire Council begins in April 2025 while it includes an optional two-year extension period.
The UK-based FDM Document Solutions will generate about one million council documents through annual production using its Hi-mail hybrid mail system. The winning factors for the contract included the successful delivery history of comparable services to Leeds City Council and other local authorities which FDM had served.
The Sales and Marketing Director at FDM Ian Forster declared victory as he proudly thanked the organization's work quality and committed client partnerships. He declared that this was a substantial agreement for their company before stating his anticipation to extend their partnership with local authorities.
The contract underlines FDM's abilities in managing public sector documents to lower costs for printing mailing and postal services and to enhance efficiency for their public sector clients. FDM directs its focus toward developing document management solutions while it expands its customer base among local authorities within its 30 years of operational experience.
