The Louis Vuitton family announced on Tuesday that it has welcomed K-pop singer Felix as their brand new ambassador.
Felix, a member of the South Korean boy band, Stray Kids, has been welcomed into the Louis Vuitton family as their brand new house ambassador, as announced by the firm on Tuesday.
Nicolas Ghesquière, artistic director of women's collection at Louis Vuitton, expressed his excitement about Felix joining the company as a House Ambassador in a statement saying she shared a mutual eagerness to work with him when she met her during her pre-fall collection in Seoul. She continued to say there was an instant connection between the two; he has a lot of talent, and she adored his enthusiasm, distinct attitude, and bold sense of style.
Following Louis Vuitton’s announcement, the brand released a collection of photos showing the K-pop star donning an all-black ensemble made up of denim, leather, and PVC. The South Korean vocalist-rapper-dancer, a member of the U.S. Billboard-topping Stray Kids band, was welcomed as a House Ambassador by The Maison and Nicolas Ghesquiere, stating he will bring his special creative energy to this exciting new chapter, the brand wrote in the caption of the three photos posted to Instagram.
Felix is not the first member of the famous boy band to join forces with a top fashion house. The month of July, saw fellow band mate Hyunjin become the very first Korean to be the face and ambassador for the Italian brand, Versace.
