Rene B. LaVigne brings over three decades of experience across sales, marketing, operations, finance, and accounting, having worked with organizations such as Iron Bow Technologies, Apptis, Northrop Grumman IT, and Ernst & Young. As Co-founder, President, and CEO, he led the management buyout that transformed Apptis Technology Solutions into Iron Bow Technologies in 2004 and has guided its growth ever since. Rene drives the company’s strategic vision, aligning innovation with evolving customer needs while fostering a strong workplace culture.
He has been recognized as an Entrepreneur of the Year by Ernst & Young and honored by the Maryland Tech Council and The Daily Record. A Certified Public Accountant, Rene holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Loyola Marymount University and actively contributes to multiple industry and community boards.
