AUDITSU assists businesses with the European Accessibility Act by providing RegTech solutions that protect from liability and compliance risks.
Set to be enforced from June 2025, the forthcoming European Accessibility Act (EAA) turns accessibility into a major legal and financial concern to 18.5 million businesses serving the EU. Digital accessibility is an immediate compliance issue and should be the focus of businesses at this point, with the risk of incurring penalties if this doesn't happen. "With the European Accessibility Act set to reshape digital compliance, businesses can no longer afford to overlook accessibility," opines Crispin, CEO of AUDITSU.
Thus, to match expanding demand, it increasingly develops data-driven solutions that aid organizations in compliance, reputation preservation, and the design of more inclusive digital experiences. AUDITSU's expertise in RegTechs is proving to be extremely beneficial for organizations coding compliance and auditing.
AUDITSU secured successful funding from the UK Government and The Royal Academy of Engineering, which propelled its growth and allowed it to hire its first two recruits. Most recently, the CEO of the firm took up AUDITSU's capabilities at the Turing Innovation Catalyst's Demo Day, the latest advancement in RegTech.
The countdown to the EAA's enforcement is drawing to a close, and businesses across the length and breadth of Europe are really putting effort toward RegTech solutions like AUDITSU in their bid to navigate the complexities surrounding accessibility regulations and simultaneously avoid harsh penalties for non-compliance.
