RateGain buys Sojern in an effort to increase the AI capability in the worldwide travel and hospitality markets.
RateGain, the prominent hotel technology firm, has acquired the AI-based marketing platform Sojern, which was created specifically to serve the hospitality industry. The merger combines the experience of RateGain in martech, revenue optimization, and distribution with the demand generation and traveler engagement advantages of Sojern that will result in one of the most all-encompassing AI growth platforms in the travel and hospitality industry.
The merged platform will now be based on a population of over 13,000 customers in the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific. According to Bhanu Chopra, Founder and Chairman of RateGain, the acquisition was a landmark event that gives them greater global coverage and further innovation of AI in the travel and hospitality industry technology.
Rabe, the CEO of Sojern, pointed out that through becoming a member of RateGain, he must have fresh prospects to expand the market and reinforce their cohesive response towards activating the travelers. The companies will work together to combine data and artificial intelligence throughout the traveler journey and improve the customer experience and profitability in the travel and hospitality industry.
