Absorb Software has announced that it has acquired the leading cloud-based learning technology company, ePath Learning. The company has been looking to grow and this was the company’s third acquisition of the year.

Absorb Software is a learning technology company based in Calgary, Alberta Canada. It offers the Absorb Infuse platform that offers a true “in-the-flow” learning experience. The company’s flagship product is Absorb LMS which is an award-winning Learning Management System for businesses, higher education, government, and non-profit agencies.

Absorb Software last made an acquisition in August when it bought eLogic Learning. The company today serves a total of 1,100 active customers and has 255 employees across 8 international offices.

Absorb has had a great 2019. Recently, the company was listed on Training Industry’s 2019 Top 20 Learning/ LMS Companies. It also received the highest overall rating in Gartner Peer Insights’ “Voice of the Customer”: Corporate Learning Report.
