Technologent introduces the StageCrew cloud service in the U.S., making IT services faster and more proactive and reducing system maintenance time.

Technologent is in collaboration with ITOCHU Techno-Solutions Corporation of Japan in an effort to roll out StageCrew,a SaaS-based cloud solution in the United States. It is the largest U.S. implementation to date of the solution developed in Japan, which seeks to reduce the time spent on collecting information, to strengthen system operation coordination, and to increase observability.

StageCrew uses AI to help IT operations be more proactive instead of just reacting to problems. With the experience and blending of technology, Technologent with the cutting-edge capabilities of StageCrew, the partnership will create new standards in IT services in North America.

Mike McLaughlin, CIO and Senior Vice President of Professional Services of Technologent, stressed that StageCrew allows enterprises to work through complexity, minimize disruption, and move quickly through digital transformation. Nagaki Fujioka, COO of ITOCHU Techno-Solutions, noted the goal of the partnership to develop a new standard of operations, driven by multimodal AI.

With increasing complexity of cloud-native ecosystems/microservices, there has been increasing pressure on having efficient monitoring and IT services simplification. StageCrew mitigates these issues by decreasing time-to-resolution, minimizing manual work and unifying data in numerous services.

Technologent will provide StageCrew as a dedicated cloud engineering team, providing a complete range of consulting and design services for Proof of Concept (PoC) and follow-up services. The rollout is further strengthened with additional engineering support that Japan brings and makes both companies innovators in the IT services industry, promoting efficiency and robustness to enterprises within North America.
