Elixirr Expands into the Nordics with Kvadrant Consulting Acquisition

London-based consultancy strengthens its Nordic footprint and transaction services with Kvadrant deal

Elixirr, the London-listed management consultancy, has taken a major step into the Nordic market with the acquisition of Copenhagen-based Kvadrant Consulting. The move marks another milestone in Elixirr’s international growth strategy and deepens its expertise in commercial transformation and transaction advisory services.

Founded in 2018, Kvadrant Consulting has built a strong reputation for helping large enterprises turn strategy into action. The Danish firm works with clients across Europe, supporting complex commercial decisions, sales transformation, and large-scale implementation programs. Its rapid growth and strong presence in the Nordic region made it a natural fit for Elixirr’s expansion plans.

With this acquisition, Elixirr gains a stronger local base in a high-growth market while enhancing its ability to support clients through critical business and investment decisions. The deal also adds depth to Elixirr’s transaction services offering, which is increasingly important for industrial and private equity clients navigating change.

Stephen Newton, CEO of Elixirr, said the acquisition represents more than geographic expansion. “Kvadrant strengthens our capabilities and accelerates our presence in a high-growth market, helping us support clients through complex commercial decisions,” he said.

Kvadrant’s founder and CEO, Thomas Børve-Jørgensen, will join Elixirr as a partner, bringing more than 20 years of consulting experience. He highlighted the opportunity ahead, noting that the combined platform will allow the firm to serve larger, more complex clients with data-driven, technology-enabled solutions.

Together with Elixirr’s recent U.S. acquisition, TRC Advisory, the addition of Kvadrant signals a clear ambition: to build a global management consulting platform that blends strategy, transformation, and execution across markets.
