A new Android 16 Beta release by Asus on Zenfone Twelve Ultra enables its users to have simple enrollments and timely mobile software updates on the release.
Asus has now publicly launched the first Android 16 Beta on its top-end mobile, the Zenfone 12 Ultra, which was released earlier this year. Users enrolled in the beta program offered by the brand can also install the software update, known to be particularly easy to join unlike other mobile makers.
To enroll, the user must go to Settings > System > System update, tap on the gear icon, and then select Enroll in Android preview program. One does not need to be a member of the community or gain its approval, and it has no user limit, which is obvious.
Although Asus is late to come in the Android 16 Beta release as compared to most mobile brands, such timing does not imply the final stable release is at risk. As Google rolls out the official Android 16 update across the world later this fall, chances are that the firm will deliver the same by then.
Since Asus has only one model from the 2025 mobile series, the company will be able to invest resources into making the upgrade process to future models convenient and stress-free for Zenfone 12 Ultra owners. Android 16 Beta introduces performance improvements and early access to future features, so the tech enthusiasts can get an advantage getting started with the latest and greatest Android has to offer.
