Napier AI collaborates with the UAE Lottery to provide AI-regulated RegTech to improve compliance, false positive mitigation and responsible gaming.
RegTech Company Napier AI, based in London, has announced a partnership with the UAE Lottery, as operated by The Game LLC, introducing highly developed AI-managed elements of compliance. The partnership would bring better responsible gaming and regulatory excellence to the developing lottery market in the country.
With the assistance of Napier AI, The Game LLC, which operates the UAE's first federally licensed lottery, was interested in the expertise of the consulting firm after the review of its anti-financial crime approach. With the help of the Napier AI Client Screening platform, the company can now screen customers and entities automatically based on sanctions, politically exposed persons (PEPs), and adverse media risk. This mitigates risk on onboarding, and no high-risk people access lottery services.
The implementation, which was made in less than 11 weeks, demonstrates both the speed of deployment and integration capabilities in the GCC region. Initial findings indicate that the number of false positives is considerably reduced, and compliance departments will be able to respond to more important alerts.
According to Greg Watson, the CEO of Napier AI, "It is a business partnership that shows how RegTech and AI can be applied side by side to achieve both compliance and innovation. We are enabling organizations to address the changing regulatory needs at the same time as keeping customers confident due to the accuracy and the decreasing operational friction."
The program makes Napier AI a top RegTech provider in the area, which can help to comply with regulations and adopt responsible gaming. The platform provides scalable solutions, strengthening the integrity of operations and risk management as the use of AI to make the compliance more crucial.
