Kohsuke Komorizono joins Willis as the Head for Risk and Analytics in Japan, focusing on integrated risk solutions and advanced analytics.
Willis, a WTW company, appointed Kohsuke Komorizono as Head of Risk & Analytics for Corporate Risk & Broking (CRB) in Japan. The position calls for relocation to Tokyo. He will report to Roy Nakazawa, Head of Japan and Corporate Risk & Broking. He will also be part of the regional Risk & Analytics team in Asia, led by Kevin Snowdon.
Today he embarks on a new journey with Komorizono, helping Japanese firms across sectors develop integrated risk analytics and insurance offerings. He is well equipped for this task, having worked at Marsh previously leading Consulting Solutions projects around property, strategic, cyber, and climate risks. He partnered with broking teams to ensure effective corporate risk management strategies to mitigate exposure.
Apparently, Nakazawa couldn't just hide his excitement about the new appointment. According to him "Kohsuke's in-depth grasp of the Japanese business trends and challenges will form the basis upon which optimum outcomes is achieved for our clients."
Snowdon contributes, "Collaborating with the global Risk & Analytics teams, Kohsuke will further enable Willis' state-of-the-art analytical capabilities to assist Japanese companies in risk management. His undertakings will, therefore, impact those improvements in client outputs through reduced performance volatility and enhanced profitability as well as more informed decisions using cutting-edge risk analytics."
