LexisNexis Risk Solutions opens a Malaysia data center to enhance risk analytics, digital identity and fraud prevention in Asia-Pacific.
LexisNexis® Risk Solutions places its new APAC data center in Malaysia, which has strengthened its resolve to take forward risk analytics and fraud prevention in the Asia-Pacific region. The facility will be designed to make the operations of data more peerable, stable, and secure to the customers in North Asia, Southeast Asian nations, and Australia.
The expansion is based on LexisNexis's recent Canadian cloud presence, the existing cloud infrastructure in Australia and the early APAC data center in India, which was deployed in 2023. Through this introduction, the company has taken its Digital Identity Network® a notch closer to clients in the region, thereby making transactions faster and more reliable.
Digital Identity Network has been processing over 300 million transactions each day over 180,000 websites using behavioral intelligence and sophisticated risk analytics to differentiate trusted users and possible threats in real time. Further integration with the BehavioSec® technology increases the digital identity authentication and detection of fraud.
Director of Fraud and Identity of Asia Pacific, Thanh Tai Vo, stated, "The new APAC plant is in line with our mission of empowering businesses by ensuring speed, security, and reliability, besides enhancing risk analytics in the region."
The Malaysia data center achievement is a major milestone in the expansion of LexisNexis into the region because it is fully compliant with the standards of ISO and SOC, which allows enterprises to enhance their risk analytics infrastructure and act with confidence in the dynamic digital environment.
