Kunzapp has raised 2M and aims to expand its AI-assisted SaaS to kick-start software and purchasing management lift-offs, which aids Mexico and Colombia.
Mexican startup Kunzapp, which operates in the software and online procurement management area, stated that it had raised a USD 2 million seed round led by Wollef Ventures. Others involved were The Hustle Fund, Wayra (CVC Telefónica), Fen Ventures, Tantauco, and Byx Ventures (CVC Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos).
The proposed SaaS platform by the startup entails the ability to support businesses to rationalize software use and enable procurement services. With this investment, Kunzapp will increase its presence in Mexico and Colombia and implement the AI-powered provision of automated procurement and smart contract management.
Wollef Ventures is a Mexico City-based venture capital fund that furthers startup investments at the earlier phase of technological companies such as fintech and digital services across Latin America. Their investment speaks to their belief in Kunzapp's potential to provide revolutionary SaaS services to domestic markets.
The representative of Wollef Ventures describes the offered platform of Kunzapp as transforming the manner in which firms deal with software and purchases. This investment would infuse further growth into their AI-powered SaaS capabilities.
The company will utilize support to scale the platform, build a team, and further develop its products to meet the rising demand. The seed round will allow Kunzapp to cement a foothold in the SaaS distribution of Latin America, where it addresses businesses that need smarter and AI-powered software and procurement management tools.
