SAP Concur’s AI Travel Assistant brings smarter, personalized travel experiences to India, helping businesses simplify planning, booking, and managing corporate journeys with AI-powered solutions.

In an effort to adapt to evolving corporate travel demands through automation and artificial intelligence, SAP Concur has introduced the new AI travel assistant with Concur Travel in India. This is one of the biggest improvements to its travel platform in recent years.

The AI-powered platform is intended to help businesses maintain visibility, compliance, and cost control while providing a quicker and easier method to plan, schedule, and manage business travel.

According to the survey, 73% of Indian business travelers stated they favor alternative AI solutions over those offered internally, and 91% of them would utilize AI tools not authorized by their organization.
