Intelex Vision secures £5.6M to support its AI video solutions for real-time threat detection across geographies and market sectors, including security and transportation.

Intelex Vision, a company specializing in applying AI for video analysis, announced that they raised £5.6 million in Series a funding, which would help in increasing its market expansion. Established in the year 2017, this fourth-generation AI-compliant platform gives this company the ability to monitor and analyze video in real time and so enhances the operational and safety improvements in the areas of transportation, health care, and smart cities.

Operating in more than 70 countries, the Intelex Vision Company processes over 2 billion hours of video each month in collaboration with over 70 distributors and partners throughout the globe. This latest investment is being led by Acurio Ventures, Adara Ventures, and Inveready, and finances will be used to grow the business in new regions by developing new video solutions based on these funds.

Co-founder Callum Wilson emphasizes continuous product innovation, supported by Michael Vorstman's report of an 11x earnings increase over three years, positioning Intelex Vision at the forefront of advanced video analytics for real-time threat detection.
