Tara Donovan joins Fort York VFX and will be in charge of animation for major projects like GOAT which is slated for release on Paramount+.

Fort York VFX has named Tara Donovan as its animation supervisor to build up its team of international animators. Because of this, Fort York VFX can now offer more animation services, a development that’s needed as The GOAT, Paramount+’s mascot, and becomes known across Canada, the UK, Australia, Italy, Germany, France, Mexico and Brazil.

Having worked on animated films such as The Thief & the Cobbler and VFX movies like Detective Pikachu, Godzilla vs. King Kong and Justice League, Donovan brings a lot of animation experience. As part of her career, she has headed animation, directed and supervised work at Framestore and ScanlineVFX. Animaechi rocks technical expertise, creative ideas and she is also skilled at bringing together dynamic and diverse crowds on screen through remote and hybrid work options.
