TechnoMile Introduces AI Platform and Agentic Tools to Modernize Federal Contracting

TechnoMile has launched a new AI-powered platform and a suite of agentic workflow tools designed to help federal contractors streamline operations, improve compliance, and accelerate growth. The announcements were made at Elevate25, the company’s annual customer conference.

The new TechnoMile Platform serves as a unified foundation linking growth, portfolio management, contracts, security, and supply chain teams across the government contracting lifecycle. Built with AI at the core, it integrates with existing CRM and ERP systems to support personalized user experiences, intelligent workflows, and real-time decision-making. The platform has achieved FedRAMP Moderate Equivalency, a key requirement for contractors operating under strict cybersecurity mandates.

TechnoMile CEO Ashish Khot said the company is embedding AI into core contracting workflows to help organizations “work smarter, move faster, and unlock new levels of growth and efficiency.”

The company also unveiled several agentic AI solutions focused on business development, capture, proposal development, and contract management.

GovSearchAI uses agentic AI to surface high-value leads and streamline pipeline research. Capture Copilot embeds domain-trained AI agents into BD workflows to perform research, analyze past performance, draft documents, and update CRM records.

New pre-award capabilities for Transform Copilot extract intelligence from solicitations and automate review and compliance workflows. Mila, a digital assistant trained on federal contracting processes, provides conversational access to opportunity data, contract insights, and document summaries.

TechnoMile also introduced AI agents that automate key contract workflows, generate deliverables, streamline approvals, ingest delivery orders, and produce executive summaries. An expanded solution for authoring and negotiating commercial agreements uses Mila to guide clause selection and review language against company standards.

The company said the additions are part of its broader effort to bring agentic AI into federal contracting, enabling teams to reduce manual work, improve visibility, and make faster, more informed decisions.
