Atturra Partners With TCG to Boost Document Management

Atturra and TCG Process collaborate to increase the scope of AI-enhanced automation and document process management solutions within Australia.

Atturra has joined forces with TCG Process to address the increasing demand in Australia for automation and document process management solutions driven by AI. The cooperation allows Atturra to provide TCG Process platforms to the main areas, such as local government, education, and utilities.

The organizations in Australia are hastening with digital transformation and are in search of tools that can contribute to accuracy and decrease manual requirements and workloads. Atturra is now adding to its portfolio the TCG Process OCTO platform and DocProStar solution, offering AI-driven automation and smart document process management features that can be applied to a complex workflow.

TCG Process APAC Vice President Jeff Leibovici indicated that the strategic alliance will assist government and businesses in enhancing digital opportunities. The high level of Atturra penetration in the local councils and its SAP practice also amplifies its potential to expand document management solutions in the country.

The collaboration also focuses on no-code automation, enabling users with limited technical knowledge to participate in digital transformation. According to Atturra, labor-intensive procedures are one of the biggest challenges during talent deficits, and automation should be achieved as quickly as possible.

The TCG platform also offers RAG-based protection to guarantee data accuracy and close AI hallucinations, which are important in efficient documentation processing. Atturra will also provide TCG with Email Triage Accelerator to handle high volumes of communication automatically.

TCG Process will also train and offer technical assistance to increase the abilities of Atturra. Both businesses would be interested in pushing the future of automation together and assisting Australian organizations in streamlining business procedures in a more promising manner.
