NMIMS partners with Salesforce to launch an AI recruitment platform, streamlining admissions and personalizing the student journey through advanced CRM integration.
SVKM’s Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, one of India’s most respected and longstanding institutions of higher education, announced a partnership with Salesforce, the world’s leading CRM, to digitally transform how it manages admissions at scale and engages with prospective students. As part of its expansion efforts to multiple campuses and increasing its digital footprint, a unified, AI recruitment platform built by NMIMS aims to eliminate data interruptions, streamline admissions workflows, and deliver personalized student experiences.
Furthermore, the university, through this initiative, strives to set the foundation for a student-centric ecosystem by improving operational efficiency and making the admissions process more transparent through real-time visibility. NMIMS seeks to transform its lead-to-admission process by deploying AI in education solutions such as Agentforce Education, along with tools like Agentforce Marketing, both of which are integrated with MuleSoft. The platform enables managing the admissions process end-to-end by automatically capturing, nurturing, and tracking prospective students across digital channels. Additionally, individual interests and behaviors are catered to with AI-driven personalized engagement, thereby enhancing conversion rates and improving responsiveness from a potential applicant base.
In continuation of this, NMIMS has established a strong digital foundation for future expansion by completing the NMAT-based (NMIMS Management Aptitude Test) admissions workflow in the first phase. According to Amrishbhai Patel, Chancellor, SVKM’s NMIMS Deemed-to-be-University, “By investing in this integrated digital architecture, NMIMS is positioning itself to meet the evolving expectations of learners and to lead the way in redefining higher education in India.” CIO Bulletin views NMIMS’ partnership with Salesforce as a move that can reap the University rich dividends by driving growth, innovation, and educational excellence in the years to come.
