The ITIL certification by ManageEngine is dedicated to enhancing Enterprise Asset Management for IT workflows, service delivery, and asset tracking in order to support operational efficiencies.
ServiceDesk Plus from ManageEngine, a division of Zoho Corp, has announced ITIL certification for 14 major ITSM practices. This would add considerable value and support the application of Enterprise Asset Management. The certification recognizes ServiceDesk Plus as an ITIL-aligned IT service management (ITSM) platform awarded by PeopleCert to enable the business to optimize workflows with industry best practices.
This silver membership of Major Engine under the PeopleCert's Accredited Tool Vendor (ATV) program fortifies the company with glory in the ongoing arena of ITSM and Enterprise Asset Management. The people would find the registration pronounced in the platform's aptly significant segments such as IT Asset Management, Change Enablement, Incident Management, and Service Configuration Management.
The ManageEngine would go further in the ATV route by certifying more employees through the next year. Kumaravel Ramakrishnan, director of technology at ManageEngine, said that the company intends to further improve its service management practices by integrating them with AI-powered capabilities.
Over two decades of service, ServiceDesk Plus has grown and continues to grow, providing institutions with efficient Enterprise Asset Management, seamless IT operations, and transformational business outcomes.
