G&A Partners acquires Integrity HRM and Covenant Services in San Antonio, Texas, to enhance its position in the HRTech arm.
G&A Partners, the giant within the HRTech and professional employer organization (PEO) sector, has bought out two San Antonio-based companies, namely Integrity HRM and Covenant Services, which started out dealing with human resource management solutions. The acquisition brings even greater G&A presence in Texas and the expansion of HRTech-based service offerings to a broader range of small and midsized enterprises.
Integrity HRM was established in 2012 by Matt Lowman and Covenant Services was established in 2006 by Steve Stoops; they have had a long-term collaboration with similar system development and working teams. It is anticipated that through their inclusion into G&A Partners, the entity will be able to introduce greater HRTech assets, competitive advantages, and progressive human capital solutions to their clientele in the region.
John W. Allen, the President and CEO of G&A, stated that the acquisitions align with the company's values of prioritizing clients and fostering innovation through HRTech. Such a Lowman will still serve his customers in a new sales capacity, and Stoops lets his sales and offers concentrate on his brokerage and other businesses.
This growth underscores the fact that G&A Partners continued to use HRTech to provide customized technology-based HR services to enable businesses to concentrate on their growth and the welfare of their workforce.
