Greenedge Enterprises is purchased by Zaggle to widen loyalty and travel offerings, gain a stronger role in the capital market and strengthen its position in fintech.

Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services has reported that it acquired Greenedge Enterprises, a company that offers golf loyalty and travel solutions and made a turnover of ₹19.82 crore during FY24. The change should help Zaggle claim a stronger place in the loyalty and travel business, mainly by enhancing the capabilities of Propel.

Within 90 days, Zaggle intends to finish its acquisition of the capital market firm. The company’s board is presently deciding which type of acquisition method to employ, whether cash or shares. Being a leader in spend management, Zaggle has developed various SaaS services and helped issue several prepaid cards in India through its links with banks.

By making these changes, Zaggle continues to focus on new ideas and extending its operations in the capital market. Net profit for the company jumped by 62.5% to ₹31.14 crore in Q4 FY25, which was made possible by a 50.8% increase in net sales to ₹412.11 crore.

More people are expected to notice the development as Zaggle moves into more areas of travel, rewards and fintech services in the capital market. But the company’s shares declined a little, ending at ₹440.05 after a 0.69% drop on the BSE.

Zaggle expects that this acquisition will help achieve its long-term objectives in the capital market and continue to give shareholders and customers valuable benefits.
