Timothy W. Emery is a Founding Partner of Emery Reddy, PC. He oversaw the inauguration of the firm in downtown Seattle in 2005. Mr. Emery has completed B.B.A. from Pacific Lutheran University and M.B.A. from University of Washington. His foray into legal studies began with a J.D. from Seattle University School of Law in 2003. His areas of concentration are Employment Law, Class Actions, Consumer Law and Privacy Rights Law. He has successfully represented thousands of clients and has been recipient of 97 awards in his illustrious career, including the Top Lawyer award granted by the American Institute of Legal Advocates in 2026. Mr. Emery remains the trusted choice among workers in Washington, which is evident in him being the lead or co-lead in over 250 class action cases in state and federal court. As lead counsel, he has advocated for workers and consumers by resolving over $150 million in class action matters.
