Fime’s teams combine global industry expertise with local market knowledge to help organizations handle complexity, reduce risk, and hasten delivery turnaround times by overseeing the various operational stages, from strategy and design through implementation, certification, and adoption.
Furthermore, Fime envisions the customer journey as encompassing six steps. First, the decide stage involves a national payment strategy where domestic payment strategy, rail strategy, sovereignty and resilience guardrails, wallet strategy, positioning vs. IC, and regulation enablers are defined. Second, the define stage is when the ecosystem is governed by defining governance, operating model, and rulebook that allow all participants to know how the ecosystem works, complies, and scales safely. Third, the design stage involves shaping the solution by shaping the target architecture, technology choices, and interoperability model to turn strategy into reality. Fourth, deliver involves building with confidence and keeping complex initiatives on track with experienced program support, design authority, and quality assurance. Fifth, the Adopt stage involves getting everyone onboarded and accelerating market readiness, onboarding processes, implementation guidelines, expertise support, and ecosystem enablement. Finally, the process culminates in the Test+ stage wherein trust is proven by compliance, resilience in managed testing, certification services, and assurance capabilities.
Fime’s global footprint spreads across 24 locations with 6 development centers, 14 laboratories, over 50 accreditations, and over 900 experts and employees serving more than 5000 customers.
