Leading Companies to Watch 2026
Financial freedom is often spoken about as a distant dream, yet for many Australian families it becomes possible when they receive practical guidance, honest advice, and support that continues long after a loan is approved. Infinity Group Coaching has built its reputation on helping everyday people move beyond financial stress and take confident control of their future. Its approach combines financial education, strategic mortgage solutions, and real estate expertise to create outcomes that are measurable, sustainable, and life-changing.
That commitment has made Infinity Group Coaching one of the country’s most respected financial and property advisory businesses. Founded in 2012 by Graeme Holm and Rebecca Holm, the company began in Port Macquarie, New South Wales, with a clear mission: to provide Australians with the kind of ongoing financial mentorship that traditional banking often fails to deliver. Today, Infinity Group operates with a high-performing team of Accredited Top 100 Mortgage Brokers and fully licensed real estate professionals across Australia.
With more than two decades of combined industry expertise in financial services, real estate, development, and project marketing, the company has facilitated over $3.359 billion in settled loans and $4.031 billion in real estate transactions. More importantly, it has helped hundreds of families’ transition from living paycheck to paycheck to building long-term wealth, reducing unnecessary interest costs, and achieving the possibility of becoming mortgage-free far sooner than expected.
At its core, Infinity Group Australia stands for clarity, confidence, and genuine partnership, empowering clients to replace financial uncertainty with a simpler, more secure, and more rewarding future.
At CIO Bulletin, we had the distinct honor of interviewing Graeme Holm, Co-Founder of Infinity Group Coaching. During the conversation, he shared valuable insights into the company’s unwavering vision and the work he and his team of experts are doing to empower clients to move beyond financial stress and build a simpler, more secure, and more fulfilling future.
Interview Highlights
Infinity Group Coaching began in 2012 from a family home in Port Macquarie. What was the pivotal moment or frustration that convinced you and Rebecca that Australians needed a fundamentally different approach to financial guidance?
Before Infinity, I spent close to a decade inside one of the major banks. What I saw every day was a system built around products, not people. A family would be approved for a loan, handed a set of documents, and then effectively left alone for thirty years. Nobody sat down with them afterwards to talk about how they would actually repay it or whether the structure they'd been placed in served them at all. The frustration became impossible to ignore — good people were receiving poor guidance simply because there was no one whose job it was to stay with them. Rebecca and I started Infinity at her grandparents' kitchen table in Port Macquarie in 2012 with one belief: Australians didn't need another lender, they needed a coach. By the end of that first year, we had more than 250 clients and had opened an office in Bella Vista, Sydney. That told us the gap was real.
Can you walk us through the core services Infinity offers today and explain what makes this integrated approach stand out in the Australian market?
Today, we bring together mortgage and finance strategy, property and real estate services, wealth creation and investment strategy, and ongoing financial coaching under one roof. Most Australians assemble that team themselves — a broker here, an accountant there, a financial adviser somewhere else — and none of those people ever speak to each other. The result is advice that's individually sound but collectively incoherent. Our clients get a single strategy in which the loan structure, the household budget, the property decisions and the long-term wealth plan are designed together and reviewed continually. We have settled more than $3.359 billion in loans and $4.031 billion in real estate transactions, and every one of those numbers sits inside a broader plan rather than standing alone as a transaction.
You describe Infinity as a “personal trainer for finances” rather than a traditional broker. How has that philosophy shaped the client experience and delivered outcomes that conventional lending models rarely achieve?
A personal trainer doesn't hand you a program and disappear — they show up week after week, measure progress, and adjust. That's exactly what we do. Our clients aren't onboarded and forgotten; they're supported with regular reviews, structured budgeting, accountability conversations and a team that knows their circumstances by name. The behavioural side of money is where most plans fail, and it's the part traditional broking simply doesn't address. The outcome is that families who work with us can become mortgage-free in as little as seven to ten years and save hundreds of thousands of dollars in interest — not because we found them a magic rate, but because someone stayed with them for the whole journey.
With more than $3.3 billion in loans settled and $4 billion in real estate transactions, what specific strategies or processes have proven most effective in helping clients accelerate mortgage repayments while simultaneously building long-term wealth?
Three things do the heavy lifting. First, structure — getting the loan configuration right so that every dollar of surplus income is working against the debt rather than sitting idle. Second, cash-flow discipline — we build a realistic household budget with the family, not for them, and then track it. Most clients discover surplus capacity they genuinely didn't know they had. Third, sequencing — we're deliberate about when a client moves from debt reduction into asset acquisition, because doing it too early undoes the progress and doing it too late wastes years of compounding. Reviewing those three levers continuously, rather than once at settlement, is what turns a thirty-year mortgage into a seven-to-ten-year one while an investment portfolio is being built alongside it.
Your model integrates a Finance Strategist, Wealth Strategist, Relationship Manager and dedicated broker support. How does this multi-layered team structure create accountability and results that a single-advisor model cannot match?
A single adviser, however good, is one person's bandwidth and one person's expertise. Our structure means the Finance Strategist owns the lending strategy, the Wealth Strategist owns the long-term asset plan, the Relationship Manager owns the human relationship and the week-to-week accountability, and dedicated broker support keeps the execution moving. Four sets of eyes on one household. Clients tell us the Relationship Manager is the difference — someone whose entire role is to check in, celebrate the wins and have the honest conversation when the plan slips. Nothing falls through the gaps, no one is waiting on a single busy individual, and the strategy keeps moving even when life gets complicated.
Financial literacy remains a national challenge in Australia. Beyond individual client results, how is Infinity measuring and scaling its impact on broader financial education and debt reduction across communities?
We made a decision early on that our best material would be free. The Money Mentor Podcast, our webinars and masterclasses, our live REM events and our social channels all exist so that Australians who will never become clients can still learn how money actually works. The podcast now reaches an audience of more than 37,700 followers on Spotify and over 17,200 subscribers on YouTube, averaging around 4,000 listens per episode, and our live events draw roughly 1,000 people each. Alongside that, we track the aggregate debt eliminated across our client base and the number of families who reach mortgage freedom. The measure that matters most, though, is how often a listener tells us they changed something at home after hearing an episode.
Infinity Group has transformed the financial lives of thousands of Australians. Could you share a client success story or testimonial that best illustrates the real-world impact of your personalized approach and the lasting difference it has made?
Bill and Sarah are the story I point people to. They came to us with messy finances and credit card debt, overwhelmed and not in control of where their money was going. Three months later they were disciplined, focused and future-driven — same jobs, same income, completely different trajectory. What changed wasn't a product; it was structure and accountability. Their Relationship Manager, Fran, was in it with them the whole way, and they later sat down together on the podcast to talk the audience through how it happened. That episode is one of our most powerful, because it isn't us making claims — it's a couple explaining, in their own words, what trusting the process did for their family. Three months. That's the part people struggle to believe until they hear it from Bill and Sarah themselves.
As one of the “Leading Companies to Watch 2026”, what do you believe are the defining qualities that position Infinity Group as a standout leader in Australia's financial services industry?
Care, honesty, and results — in that order. We are one of the very few firms in this country genuinely measured on whether our clients get out of debt rather than on how much debt we write. That single distinction shapes everything: how we hire, how we're structured, how we're paid, what we say publicly. Add to that a multi-award-winning team of accredited Top 100 mortgage brokers and licensed real estate professionals operating across four states, and thirteen years of doing the same thing consistently rather than chasing whatever the market rewarded that year. Leadership in this industry isn't about volume. It's about being trusted with a family's entire financial future and repeatedly proving that trust was well placed.
Looking ahead to 2026 and beyond, what is the next chapter for Infinity Group Coaching, whether in geographic expansion, new service lines, technology, or deeper wealth-creation offerings that clients should be watching closely?
The biggest development is that the Money Mentor brand is broadening. For years it has been my voice, and there's a natural ceiling to what one person can reach. Rachael Howlett is joining as a second Money Mentor voice alongside me. Rachael is a multi-award-winning Finance Strategist, including being named Rate My Agent Broker of the Year, and she's already been making and publishing content with us for the past year. She reaches Australians I don't and brings a different lens to the same message. Two voices, one philosophy.
That matters because the path to financial freedom isn't one-size-fits-all, and neither is the person you want to hear it from. Expanding the brand means more podcasts, more live events and more free education across Australia — and, over time, well beyond it, because debt stress isn't a uniquely Australian problem and what we've built here travels. Alongside that we're investing in technology that gives clients live visibility into their progress.
