Ricoh transfers its U.S. managed services company to Netrix Global, which fits its world strategy to amplify digital development efforts.
Ricoh Company, Ltd. has declared that it has sold its Managed IT Services business in the US to Netrix Global, a well-ranked cybersecurity and digital transformation solutions company that has its headquarters in Illinois. This transfer becomes effective on the 31st of October 2025.
This is a strategic action in line with the global focus by Ricoh on process automation and workplace experience, which are two core strengths that determine its digital strategy over the long term. Although the role of managed services will still be significant in the work of Ricoh in various countries around the world, the company will narrow down U.S. business to provide advanced digital services to enhance enterprise operations and workflow efficiency in the workplace.
According to Ricoh, the divestment would help it increase growth and innovation in its core business sectors. At the same time, the acquisition of Netrix Global increases its availability in the U.S. managed services market and makes it a reliable source of digital transformation and cybersecurity services.
Ricoh Web had already included the transaction in its May 14, 2025, financial prediction and has no expected amendments.
This disinvestment highlights an increasing trend in the industry: that multinational corporations focus on managed services integration operations so that they can emphasize automation, data-based solutions, and workplace innovation.
