JTS, Acquires, AM Solution, Rebrand

JTS acquired AM Solutions and rebranded itself to reflect that acquisition and engage in even stronger data-driven, multi-channel marketing solutions could offer clients more.

JTS has acquired AM Solutions based in Madison as part of its strategic growth plan in integrating marketing services with other media. Acquisition and rebranding have become watershed moments in the company's major transformation as an organization that has celebrated the silver jubilee. The "Direct" name was dropped from its name to convey the full range of service offerings available by JTS. This would go a long way toward strengthening JTS' capabilities in multi-channel marketing solutions.

With high-speed inkjet printing, large-format printing, and intelligent inserting, among the advanced capabilities added to JTS's portfolio, the company has made a significant addition with AM Solutions. JTS shall now enhance the existing direct mail, digital marketing, and print-on-demand services that they are already offering. The company plans to keep operating in Edgerton where AM Solutions is situated so that it could ensure the continuous flow of service to their clients while integrating their resources into JTS's broader marketing approach.

The acquisition is another step in the recently enhancing growth of a company that had already acquired MTI Connect in the spring of 2024 for a presence within the MarTech landscape.
