The new capital of $1.5 million will help the AI startup CVector strengthen its position in the field of critical infrastructure. The Boston-area startup aims at enhancing industrial activities with the help of an AI-enabled piece of software, which has been implemented in the chemicals, automotive, and energy sectors.

The startup was started by Richard Zhang and Tyler Ruggles and the frequent complaint of potential clients is its overall existence. The question is commonly asked: “will you survive six months?” This question is particularly common in an ecosystem whereby the large tech corporations attract the best talent and also swallow the emerging startups.

The strategy of CVector is not limited to software innovation but to having mission alignment as well as being trusted by customers. Its founders carry a lot of experience in Shell and the Large Hadron Collider, making their customers feel content and assured with the technical strength and credibility of the startup.
