B&N Reports Major Tungsten and Gold Resource Discovery

B&N Mining identifies significant tungsten and gold deposits in California that help the U.S. metals and mining industry with strategic mineral potential.

B&N Mining Properties LLC has declared a landmark achievement for the metals and mining industry by achieving a NI 43-101 compliant mineral resource estimate on its Black Hawk and Spud Patch placer deposits, which are within the historic Rand Mining District in California.

The overall indicated reserve is 33.8 million pounds of tungsten trioxide (WO₃) and 104,000 troy ounces of gold, which ranks B&N as one of the largest possessors of unmined tungsten oxide resources in the U.S. Tungsten is a U.S.-determined critical mineral that is considered strategically important to industries ranging from aerospace to electronics.

Black Hawk The Black Hawk deposit, 141.6 acres in extent, is about Red Mountain in value, averaging $40.34 per cubic yard. The Spud Patch deposit, with a value of 32.11 dollars per cubic yard covers more than 400 acres in Atolia. They both have easily recoverable schemas and native gold that make development economical and ecologically clean.

Robert Binkele, Managing Member of B&N said, “This estimate proves what a special opportunity our properties really have. Our objective is to build the domestic production of tungsten and also promote the resource security in the United States."

The exploration actions at B&N entail additional drilling, tungsten/rare earth element soil sampling, metallurgical testing, and weather conditions to pave the way to initial operations. The project has the potential to become a benchmark in metals and mining development, both in the history of mining in California and in contributing to the national supply chain of the critical minerals lifeline.

The finding demonstrates that the Rand Mining District continues to play a historic role in the history of metals and mining while being a new era of sustainable and strategic resource development.
