In her new corporate post, Dhamodiwalla takes charge of human resources operations for the company’s International Formulations Business spanning North America, Europe, Asia Pacific, and Latin America. Dhamodiwalla has accumulated more than 20 years of practical experience in HR management and consulting within a variety of fields and professional disciplines, including talent management, organizational design, and change within different areas of the economy, from healthcare to finance.
Job History: During her previous stints, she held numerous HR leadership positions within global corporations and spent nearly ten years at Johnson and Johnson, where she worked across several continents.
Business Orientation: In 2025, she created her own consulting company, RuBaSphere Consulting, which specializes in executive coaching and talent management.
This appointment reaffirms the commitment of the company to creating agile teams and aligning the organizational design with the changing requirements of the global health system.
