Apple is increasing its retail presence in India with the opening of a new store in Bengaluru, Apple Hebbal, which will provide products and services and exclusive customer experiences.

Apple on Thursday announced the opening of its latest retail store, Apple Hebbal, which will open on September 2 at Phoenix Mall of Asia in Bengaluru. The new store is to be Apple’s third retail outlet in India after earlier openings in the two other main cities of Mumbai and Delhi.

With this launch, Apple is making a huge stride in its retail presence in India, and the new location will give the customers a chance to explore its complete product line, expert services, etc. The store will support events; the devices will be used to encourage users via Today at Apple programs, which educate users on Apple Intelligence, coding, art, and productivity.

Apple emphasized that the store features an unusual design, highlighted by eye-catching peacock-themed colorful art that represents pride and reflects the culture of the local people. Prior to the launch, customers will be able to download special wallpapers and listen to a special Apple Music playlist to show the places and people that inspire Bengaluru.

The move is part of Apple's expansion in retail and manufacturing in India. Coupled to its retail expansion, Apple has announced that all current models in the new iPhone 17 series, such as its Pro variants, will be made in India, an industry first.

With the Apple Hebbal, the tech giant fortifies its brick-and-mortar presence, as it continues to show commitment to the Indian consumer and manufacturing market as it continues to expand.
