CrowdStrike and Salesforce have declared a strategic alliance in order to complement security in AI-driven agents and business applications. The partnership combines Falcon Shield by CrowdStrike with Salesforce Security Center and integrates the Charlotte AI into Agentforce of Security and Slack.

The partnership is meant to assist businesses to improve visibility, compliance, and protection in workflows that are driven by artificial intelligence on the Salesforce platform. The integration will ensure that the risks are minimized, the oversight will be enhanced, and the incident response will be quicker by integrating security measures into the business processes.

Since now, with Charlotte AI available in Slack, security teams are able to detect threats, get suggestions, and take remedial action via conversational prompts. This will enable teamwork and enhance the effectiveness of the response.

The Salesforce executives promoted the importance of getting AI environments secure to achieve the full potential of agentic AI. The integration enables businesses to track AI agents to developers, identify risky behavior and automate countermeasures using Falcon Fusion as part of Salesforce Security Center.
