SAP has developed feasible workshops to assist organizations in creating human-friendly AI agents that have explicit business value.
SAP has announced a systematic, practical method to assist companies' teams to plan and build AI agents that bring quantifiable value to the enterprise, not trial balloon hype. SAP is also leading enterprises in aligning agentic AI with the actual human and business requirements through its AppHaus Joule Agent Discovery and Design workshops.
With the trend of companies rushing to implement AI agents, numerous organizations are incurring high expenses and have no clear returns, as revealed in recent Gartner studies. SAP meets this challenge by focusing on designing with a purpose in mind, the time when an AI agent may actually be required, the degree of autonomy that it must possess and where human supervision is necessary.
The Joule Agent Discovery workshop assists team members with determining high-impact use cases based on analyzing the operational inefficiencies, automation potential, and business outcomes. This ensures that the use of AI is based on its relevance, not on chasing trends. This base is then supplied with the Joule Agent Design workshop that allows the end users and the professionals to define the agent role, skill, workflows and human collaboration models.
Cited according to SAP, the objective is to establish trustworthy human-agent relationships by improving productivity without reducing trust or responsibility. The workshops are one day and are provided with free and self-paced learning materials.
With its focus on human-centered design, SAP is shaping its AI strategy toward what is useful to enterprises, making them transition from experimentation to responsible and scalable use of intelligent agents.
