Odoo and Konica Minolta Partner to Boost Digitalization

Odoo has partnered with Konica Minolta in expanding software usage and driving digitalization among businesses in Malaysia.

Odoo, a top Belgian business management software company has presented a strategic alliance with Konica Minolta Business Solutions (M) Sdn Bhd (KMBS) to boost the digitalization progress in Malaysia. The partnership will increase the application of Odoo ERP all-in-one software solutions to businesses and will leverage the experience of KMBS in the field of IT innovation and cloud-borne services.

KMBS which boasts of its Intelligent Connected Workplace portfolio, provides workflow optimization systems, multifunctional printers, and high-end digital printing solutions to key Malaysian industries. As a global partner of Odoo since 2024, KMBS will most likely increase its presence around the world and speed up the ERP implementation among the domestic businesses.

Odoo has 36,000 local users and 15 million users in the real world and offers technology that improves sales, finance, project-oriented management, inventory, and purchase activities. It also has the API of Myinvois and Shopee to allow businesses in Malaysia to be in compliance with the local invoicing and e-commerce regulations.

With its AI agent to be broadcast in September 2025, Odoo will strengthen its position as a global software leader, as well as expand its portfolio even further. Odoo and Konica Minolta together will provide all-inclusive digital solutions, considering the requirements of Malaysian businesses.
