Deliverect implements an AI Agent Library to enhance automation of restaurants, optimize operations and enhance data-driven decision-making activities in channels.
Deliverect has released its new AI Agent Library, which is a set of intelligent tools that are plug-and-playable and give sophisticated automation to the restaurant industry. The system, which was developed on an automation platform, n8n and piloted by KFC, allows restaurants to incorporate AI agents into their daily operations to enhance decision-making, simplify their operations, and improve their marketing results.
The library also links to Deliverect MCP servers and the no-code automation engine of n8n, wherein restaurants may be prompted to respond to real-time POS systems, delivery partners, CRM systems, and marketing channel data. It also will launch with 7 automation templates that include order throttling, menu optimization, marketing automation, and guest-support escalation.
In its pilot, KFC Netherlands had good sales because it was using an AI-powered Dynamic Promotion Agent to run its campaign "Secret Box Meal" in an automated fashion. The program resulted in more than 1,000 promotion codes in a few hours and a 118 percent sales growth, entirely through automation with no human involvement.
Deliverect CEO Zhong Xu wrote about the restaurant industry being on the brink of intelligent automation and the importance of the platform to scale AI-based decisions in sales, operations, and marketing. The AI Agent Library advances enterprise adoption by having governance regulations and quick spread enhancements.
The automation tools are now accessible to all customers of Deliverect and they can show all existing templates or create their own separate agents, which suit their business requirements.
