Globe Telecom selected Roche Vandenberghe for the CMO position because of his vast marketing expertise to boost brand results while increasing customer participation.
Globe Telecom appointed Roche Vandenberghe to serve as its new Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) for the company. Vandenberghe comes to Globe Telecom with twelve years of marketing experience after holding the chief marketing and digital business officer role at FWD Insurance. Her work experience includes serving at both TCP-TBWA\ Indonesia and BBDO Worldwide in Malaysia.
Vandenberghe has taken up the CMO position at Globe to make the company's brand effect stronger through expanded coverage alongside a more defined master brand premise alongside increased brand presence that positions Globe as a leading telecommunication provider. Prior to July 2024 Pia Gonzalez-Colby served Globe Telecom as its CMO after she departed from the company.
According to Vandenberghe "My mission in marketing involves being the advocate who drives daily improvements in Filipino life through Globe products and services." Globe Telecom's members take courageous steps toward advancing the mission of 'Go Forward Together'.
The Philippine telecommunications sector belongs to Globe Telecom and PLDT-Smart as both companies jointly serve more than 60 million subscribers. As a telecommunications company Globe provides mobile service as well as broadband and fixed-line services and offers 5G network expansion across more than 3,000 national locations.
The appointment of Vandenberghe marks Globe Telecom's plan to improve their brand identity as well as customer interactions while securing their market place in the changing industry.
