Radico Khaitan has announced a significant leadership progression, elevating Sudhir Upadhyay to the role of Chief Sales Officer (CSO). The move reflects the company’s continued focus on strengthening its CXO bench while preparing for its next phase of growth.

Upadhyay brings over 25 years of industry experience, including more than a decade with Radico Khaitan. Having most recently served as National Sales Head, he has played a crucial role in strengthening distribution and driving sales performance across markets. His elevation highlights the company’s strong commitment to developing leaders from within.

Under the leadership of Managing Director Abhishek Khaitan, Radico Khaitan has consistently emphasised internal leadership progression.
