At McDonald’s, Trump Takes Orders Amid Harris Controversy

Donald Trump, Kamala Harris, Food and Beverages, Controversy

In contrast with campaigns of two political rivals, Trump visited a McDonald's in Pennsylvania where he took orders and cooked fries while amid controversy over Harris's claim of working there.

When it comes to fast food, Donald Trump has a fondness that every American is familiar with. Hence, a visit to McDonald's in Feasterville, Alabama, on Sunday was also fully expected. Upon arrival at Philadelphia International Airport, Trump put on a McDonald’s uniform and aptly helped in taking orders in the drive-through, while at the same time helping out in the preparation of the fries.

During a visit to Detroit, Trump criticized vice president Kamala Harris for claiming she worked at a McDonald's during college, calling her a "liar." Senior advisor Jason Miller also emphasized the visit's focus on highlighting the differences in their experiences. Harris had previously stated she worked at the fry station and cash register at a McDonald's in California in 1983, which Trump and his team disputed.

Her campaign has attempted to use her time at the fast food chain to reinforce her relatability to working-class voters. "It is the nature of the beast: When off balance, Trump simply lies,” a spokesman for Harris's campaign Ian Sams stated. It has been made clear that the bachelor born with a silver spoon does not understand the working-class worries tied to getting a summer job.

Pride for the ability to ‘show off’ the Franchising Store where he is the owner came from Derek Giacomantonio, the owner of the Feasterville McDonald’s, since McDonald’s in one works is never limited to just making and selling food and refreshments but is viewed as a source of possibilities for many Americans.

The two candidates are working for their glory and most unfashionable politics and food, and even drinks, have become a clasp to the situation.
