Talenteo closes its seed funding to scale its AI-enabled HRTech platform to automate payroll and compliance for African small- and medium-sized enterprises.
The 216 Capital of Tunisia has gotten involved in Talenteo, an HRTech startup established in Algeria to present a powerful Software as a Service solution that can be used by African small and medium-sized companies and medium-sized undertakings (ETIs). The investment reflects the growing expectations in the region for digital human resources solutions.
Already trusted by more than 150 companies and 10,000 users, Talenteo eases employee management, compensation, talent building and compliance using AI and automation. With more than 1 billion people of working age belonging to the African continent, the HRTech market becomes particularly important to handling the talent in an efficient way.
Our product assists African companies with HR streamlining and remains in compliance, said its CEO, Louai Djaffer. The investment will assist us in speeding up development and innovation.
The funding will help the AI talent platform to expand its activities to other regions of the world and firstly, into the region of Tunisia and improve its AI features as well as extend its operations to other countries in French-speaking Africa.
Dhekra Khelifi of 216 Capital claimed that Talenteo is a scalable, locally anchored HRTech application that addresses the work needs of businesses in African countries.
With this strategic boost, Talenteo will become a significant player in the HRTech market in Africa.
