ciobulletin - Talenteo Secures Funding to Expand HRTech Reach

Talenteo raises funding to develop its AI-powered HRTech platform, which will assist African SMEs to go digital with their HR functions via the Francophone markets.

Algerian HRTech Company Talenteo has closed a six-figure round of financing led by Tunisia-based venture capital firm 216 Capital to help in changing the face of human resource management in Africa. The end-to-end SaaS, which is completely tailored to the requirements of SMEs and medium-sized companies, brings together AI, local legal compliances, and automation to enable HR and payroll application simplification.

Today, HRTech serves 150 companies with more than 10,000 users making it simple to administer, nurture and manage talent, as well as providing the facility to be payroll-compliant. These new funds will enable Talenteo to spread into Tunisia and other Francophone African countries as well as fuel the innovative momentum of its platform based on AI.

The CEO Louai Djaffer insisted on the people-enhancing understanding of digital transformation, explaining that Talenteo was designed to assist African companies in digitalizing their HR by supporting growth and societal impact.

This achievement propounds the status of Talenteo as an emerging HRTech player that will define the digital future of workforce management in Africa.
