BIO-key has joined the ISMS Forum in Spain to discover and develop identity and access management, collaboration in cybersecurity and protection of digital identity in the region.

BIO-key International, the global leader in identity and access management (IAM) and biometric authentication, has become a member of ISMS Forum, Spain to support cooperation in the cybersecurity domain and integration of secure practices of digital identification in Spain.

As part of its membership, BIO-key seeks to improve innovation in key fields within identity and access management, Zero Trust security, and regulatory compliance. The company will help formulate standards, assist in the compliance of GDPR and NIS2, and provide experience in Identity-Bound Biometrics, MFA, and SSO.

Roberto Barata, the President of the ISMS Forum, was delighted to have BIO-key on board as its knowledge in the IAM and biometric authentication technology will be an addition to Spain in its fight against cybersecurity threats. The fact that BIO-key attended ISMS Forum events and working groups demonstrates idealism in that it is interested in assisting organizations in strengthening digital resilience.
