FourCentric, a leading UK-based management consultancy, has strengthened its operational performance offering through the acquisition of Evolve Commercial, a specialist in technology procurement and secure supply-chain services. The deal, completed at the end of October 2025 for an undisclosed sum, enhances FourCentric’s ability to support both public and private sector clients in managing complex, high-value projects.

Evolve Commercial’s team of UK government-security-cleared professionals brings deep expertise in handling intricate procurement frameworks, contract management, and commercial due diligence. Its innovative Commercial-as-a-Service (CaaS) model complements FourCentric’s mission to deliver smarter, more efficient management consultancy solutions that drive long-term client value.
