PropTech Company Giraffe360, based in the UK, has set limited redundancies and renewed growth plans and product development strategy.
Giraffe360, a property imaging specialist, has recently reorganized internally and reported a minor layoff due to changes in its operations within the evolving PropTech environment. The firm has assured that it is losing one of its internal functions, which affects their marketing team and consumes some 2 percent of its overall workforce.
The PropTech Company has two offices in the United Kingdom and a staff of over 200 professionals located in different parts of the world. Giraffe360 operates with almost 1,000 brands in over 30 countries, with additional offices in Latvia and Miami. The company has already cited the United States as its fastest-expanding market, keeping international demand for its services unchanged despite the restructuring.
In response, Samy Jeffries, Chief Commercial Officer at Giraffe360, replied that the PropTech Company is undertaking limited organizational changes based on the operating models and budget allocation change. He further noted that the reforms do not impinge on the company's long-term growth strategy and its effort to develop its products.
Giraffe360 was established as a technology-based real estate service provider and it has raised PS13.2 million through investors, including the US Founders Fund. The PropTech firm is focused on floor plans, 3D tours, and video tours of property to generate more inquiries and complete listings in a shorter duration.
The main service it offers is custom tripod cameras with Sony sensors, LiDAR, and AI. The subscription charges on the virtual tour equipment begin with PS159/month, which makes the PropTech company a major force in the online marketing of property.
