The PRCI Goa Chapter bestows honors to senior journalists who serve public relations through their dedication towards ethical journalism and its societal impact.
The Public Relations Council of India (PRCI) Goa Chapter will celebrate National Public Relations Day by acknowledging distinguished journalists who made exceptional public relations and journalism achievements in the regional sphere. The event aligns between PRCI Goa Chapter and Goa Marathi Patrakar Sangh and will host its program at Miramar Residency Hall in Panaji on Sunday April 20 2025.
The celebration will welcome Shri Shripad Yesso Naik who serves as Union Minister of State for Power and New and Renewable Energy to act as the primary guest for the event. Dr. Nilesh Khare will give the main address as Chief Editor of Sakal Media Group Mumbai.
PRCI Goa Chapter Chairman Deepak Narvekar noted the need to honor state-based journalists for their ethical conduct and public relations work. The initiative represents only the starting point of his plans because he intends to pursue government backing which will advance PR professional interests across Goa.
The ceremony will demonstrate how public relations influence both public discourse and democratic values during the program. The commemoration stands as a demonstration of Goa's media personnel work highlighting the importance of ethical journalism combined with public relations practices for the public.
