NAREDCO NextGen Strengthens Global Real Estate Leadership

The Dubai tour of NAREDCO NextGen helps to enhance international exposure and skill development among the young professionals in the field of real estate in India.

NAREDCO NextGen has intensified the presence of international partners in the real estate industry and organized a three-day study tour to Dubai to strengthen its international presence through the president, Ravikanth Reddy. The initiative took place on November 24-26, 2025, bringing together 25+ young professionals based throughout India and providing them with some international expertise and practical learning in global real estate practices.

The tour has been started with the Big 5 Exhibition, during which people learned about the latest technologies in construction, sustainable resources, and the development of innovative models that characterize the future of real estate construction. The exposure provided a comprehensive understanding of the next generation's building solutions and infrastructure trends.

Day 2 involved a visit through the Sobha Realty Hartland Project, which demonstrates the master planning at the world level, high-level craftsmanship, and the outstanding standards of development. The participants were also toured around the Champion Infratech Lagoon Project, where they were taught the concept of community planning on a large scale as well as the concepts of modern urban living.

The NAREDCO leaders highlighted the tour's effectiveness in fostering the growth of young developers. Its ability to comprehend the international construction strategies was emphasized as of importance by its National Chairman, Jay Morzaria, and its influence on the development of India-ready real estate executives was pointed out by the National President, Ravi Reddy.

On Day 3, One Broker Group CEO Umar Bin Farooq held a session on residential, hospitality and mixed-use opportunities in Dubai with regulation, land acquisition and financing. The tour was closed with a Developer Masterclass by Manzil Asset Management and provided insights into the master plan of Dubai, the way of licensing and the models of developing strategies.

The initiative was effective in improving world learning and cooperation and strengthening the desire of NAREDCO NextGen towards developing a changing real estate ecosystem in India.
