Commercial real estate is on the rise in the state of Texas

Texas has recently grown into one of the largest states in the US, with an increasing boom in real estate.

According to reports, Texas has been seeing a boom in commercial real estate.

The data from the U.S. Census Bureau showed Fort Worth had added residents between July 2021 and July 2022, more than any other city in the United States. It subsequently ranked 13th on the list of largest cities in the country, with a recorder population of 956,709 people.

The CEO of Rogers Healy and Associates, Rogers Healy, stated that Fort Worth's real estate market, specifically commercially, seemed to be a great benefactor due to the city being a major player.

The city in Texas has the ability and space for expansion when compared to other major cities.

Dallas lacks the chance for commercial real estate and economic expansion that its ability to grow westward offers. Fort Worth on the other hand, can expand westward, miles away from downtown, whereas Dallas can only expand so far north and east, limiting opportunities for businesses to move their headquarters there.

Additionally, the relocation of companies like Toyota from other high-tax states like California has greatly benefited Fort Worth, and some entrepreneurs are even setting new records for growth.

People who, in the past, would relocate to Illinois, Silicon Valley, or New York City are now moving to Fort Worth. And as a result, job growth has increased.
